To generate a career report we collect: the student’s name, mobile number, email, city, grade, board, assessment answers, and timed aptitude results. If you book a counselling session we also collect your area and preferred center. Payments are processed by Razorpay — we never see or store card/UPI details.
Most of our users are under 18. We require confirmation at registration that a parent or guardian consents to the assessment and to the processing of the student’s details, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Reports include a dedicated section for parents. A parent/guardian may request access to or deletion of their child’s data at any time (below).
Your data is used only to: generate and deliver your career report (including AI-assisted analysis), let you access it later via phone-OTP login, send it to your email, arrange counselling sessions you request, and improve the assessment. We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers or third parties, except the service providers needed to run the product (payment gateway, SMS provider, email delivery, cloud hosting), each bound to use it only for that purpose.
Data is stored in a secured cloud database with access restricted to Mayank Tutorials. Reports are accessible only via a private link and phone-OTP login. OTPs are stored hashed. Operational logs containing contact details are automatically deleted after 90 days.
You (or your parent/guardian) can request a copy of your data, correction, or complete deletion by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 93247 96571 or emailing us. Deletion removes your report permanently.
