If you paid but could not complete the assessment due to a technical failure on our side, or your report was not delivered within 24 hours of submission, message us on WhatsApp at +91 93247 96571 with your registered mobile number — we will either fix and deliver your report or refund the full amount, your choice.
Once your personalised report has been generated and delivered, the service is complete and the payment is non-refundable — the report is a digital product created specifically for you. Abandoning the test midway after paying does not qualify for a refund (your progress is saved and you can finish anytime).
The counselling session fee (Rs. 2,000) is payable at the center. Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours’ notice on WhatsApp.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
