Career Compass is a paid career assessment for school students (Grades 7–12). On completing the assessment you receive a personalised career report online and by email, with lifetime access via phone-OTP login. Optional 1-on-1 counselling sessions are offered separately (fee payable at the center).
The report combines established career frameworks (Holland RIASEC, Big Five, MBTI-style preferences, values, timed aptitude) with AI-assisted analysis. It is guidance to support exploration — not a psychological diagnosis, a prediction, or a guarantee of admission, employment or income. Salary figures, cutoffs and college details are indicative and change over time; always verify with official sources. Career decisions should involve students, parents and, where possible, a counsellor.
One payment covers one assessment and its report. Attempting to manipulate the assessment, abuse coupons, or access others’ reports is prohibited. We may correct or regenerate reports affected by technical errors.
